Hi Diana,

In order to clear your shipment (SEE ATTACHED), we need your EORI/VAT number only if it is for the company. If it is a private shipment, please provide us with an email confirming this.

An EORI number is a number unique throughout the European Union, assigned by a Customs authority to economic operators for import and export. EORI number starts with IE prefix followed by 8 characters for example IE1111111Z.
